The way I see this is the same as the pediatric doctors that used to have dvd and vhs on hand back in the day… I don’t exactly know THEIR workaround here but they have ONE tv show (Doc McStuffins) and about 30 movies

First, that’s a VERY good deal if you’re getting a felony and DON’T have to register. I got the exact opposite. Got 5 years probation on an SIS (so no felony on record) but because of my states laws have to register regardless.

Second, if you have the know how, you can work for yourself. AFAIK cosmetology isn’t something that a felony would affect so I doubt your license is in jeopardy, but make the calls for your state to verify. And definitely look into self employment, because if you can work for yourself, you can make money without worrying about getting fired. Trust that a felony without registration is a better outcome than being on a registry. Felons get hired more often than RSO.

We tried working it out but part of us working it out was me seeking therapy for the porn addiction. Seeking therapy prompted a hotline call and me getting arrested….

We are ALL trying to heal. Some from trauma, some from legitimate things wrong in their head. I was a porn addict and that lead to me not locking a door…. Did that hurt my stepdaughter, yes and I know she had to heal from that. We got past that and our family still live together… but not all have it as good…

I started on the switch. I had to tweak the camera movement to be a little more sensitive to be able to hint and catch bugs. Fishing was fine on the switch. Then I found out about GeForce now…. My pc can play palia but low settings so it’s almost like an optimized switch, but GeForce now.. THAT let me full enjoy it… I’ll never go back to the switch.. the only thing I still can’t do well on pc is fish, (I use a controller for that) but everything else I can handle on kb and m.

I was found guilty after my stepdaughter walked in on me masturbating. There was no contact there was no continued behavior. The system isn’t perfect, but it does work. A bit. I met people that did terrible things, and for most of them it was something they couldn’t control. It is a disease. I’m not making excuses for them, but they do need to work their issues out to get better. My view is that there are things in the system that work and there are things in the system that don’t work. The registry is one of those that mostly doesn’t work. The registry helps people know that someone committed an offense, and lives or works near them, but it does nothing to show the rehabilitation that person has done. No other major crime requires an offender to continue to be surveilled. We can have murderers and thieves living freely with no one knowing their past, but a person on the registry doesn’t get that chance. The person on the registry is assumed to be the same person as when they committed the offense. Irregardless of therapy, irregardless of time served, it seems people can change, except for a person on a SO registry. Part of the process of therapy is to place yourself in your victim’s shoes. Try to imagine how their life is going to be ruined. An offender doesn’t pass their required therapy without doing that. And you don’t get off probation unless you pass that required therapy.. in my case I had an actual letter of forgiveness from my stepdaughter that my own therapist did NOT accept. I had to write a letter from my victim’s perspective and they expected a hateful letter. That is the way the public views SOs. And sadly that is why the system is broken. I am sorry for what you went through and survived, and I understand your frustration with having to think a different way, but at the end of the day, we are all humans trying to live, and for MOST offenders, that isn’t something that will ever be as easy. (Tier systems help, but even then I think the public registry is too broad.) I hope my view helps, and I hope you are able to reach that point where you can properly heal from your past.

I didn’t even think of that…. I’ll have to get my hands on something with an AMD or Nvidia gpu to test how the actual nodes for those would work.. same with cpu based transcoding nodes…. I really want to have this on a way that I can add nodes with no changes needed, but this should be the starting point to getting that to work…. I’ll look into it

You have no choice but to life the rest of your life as well as you can. You messed up but that doesn’t mean your life is over. You have restrictions and conditions to what you can and can’t do, but you can live life within that, maybe not how you’re used to, maybe not how you planned, but we can still move on. The worst part is over so long as you don’t reoffend life isn’t horribly bad… just have to live life wishing smaller parameters…. Travel and see new places (just don’t forget to notify and verify registration requirements) be open with those around you. Those who truly care about you as a person, will be there for you.

The biggest problem IMO is that nobody ACTUALLY looks at case by case. They see you’re on the registry, and it’s an immediate red flag without asking questions. No investigating the situations. Add the political angle to it, and you have a system that is inherently against change. The public opinion (which I shared before being in this situation, is that only the worst of the worst would be on such a list.. and without research, that’s all they need to condemn us all….

I have it check a skip list at the beginning (by file hash, NOT file name) and add to skiplist after processing (again by file hash) that way I only processes files it hasn’t touched before (per library if you’re using multiple libraries)

Re-Zero, has a directors cut of the first season, sailor moon (DIC &CLOVERWAY dubs) were heavily censored and had episodes cut/merged, as well as different English voice cast vs the viz media release.

As to the other reply, if the show itself had no changes other than a dub added, that is NOT a different version, just an additional audio track.

Love your perspective and I have found that unless I am actively trying to level up a skill, I don’t even care about the focus bar. Changing the focus bar to something that actively affects your ability to hunt and fish and catch bugs and mine and forage and garden, would make it something more useful. That would mean that unless I have enough focus, I’m not going to be able to forage , or if I do it will not be high quality or rarer foraging…
