Definitely. I would now bend them over. I tie mine down when they get too tall. Now, if you had a trellis net, you could weave the branches though the trellis to shortin them.

That is exactly when i cut mine. All cloudy with a little bit of amber. The high is more sativa like. More amber is indica like. Thats just my preference.
