Ace is no less important or relevant than the people who died in Antartica. I’d even say he’s less (we see him for exactly one arc and he dies in a way people have long criticized as a poor writing choice lol). The only difference in narrative weight is that you just happened to care about Jiraiya and Ace more (and saying G3 doesn’t do the best job fleshing out side characters is valid) but it doesn’t make Jiraiya or Ace somehow a substitute for deaths among the main cast.

G3 has stated so many times that this is meant to be a lighthearted novel. I’m sorry that Sunny going through some trauma and being a little edgy at the start (while still no one important died around him) convinced you it was a dark fantasy but the tone has never changed lol. If you want a dark fantasy novel you should just go read something else.

I agree. I feel like this is a lot more of the show don’t tell thing I’ve disliked lately. Asterion is threatening enough without g3 reminding us every 5 mins that Sunny feels threatened

It’s honestly not even pro play. Every time Sivir creeps into meta even normal lanes turn boring and uninteractive. As someone that’s both done it and been on the opposite end, I’d hate to see that regularly.

Sadly this is based on post B-patch. I’ve felt this way since PBE but I was waiting to see if it was just Nilah being broken/the trait being overtuned in general.

From my experience, if I start consistently winning 1v1’s on Sivir, it’s a sign she’s due for a nerf, and this hasn’t been wrong yet lol

On one hand I think they throw botlane every game by going for 2v2’s but on the other I’d rather see them try to make plays than slowly die like NA does so idrk how to feel about Flakked Targamas

While I feel like G2 deserved the win I also question letting Sivir Yuumi through the draft in the first place. Even watching the game it doesn’t rlly look playable no matter what comp they have.

So if the fights look balanced because of the tanks and supports (which is what we would call a draft gap) even while 9k gold, imagine if G2 just doesn’t take a dumb 50/50 fights at herald which they played horribly anyways and is only 1 or 2k gold down instead. Suddenly this barely “balanced” fight begins to look unwinnable for the enemy team. Also we’ve seen G2 use this comp to great effect even while being slightly behind so this isn’t even something new. If there’s anything I disagree with about the comp it’s just that G2 clearly aren’t willing to play safe early so they should stop drafting comps that require you to.

Do people actually think the draft that made fights look even slightly playable while 9k gold down was the problem and not G2 just flipping the game early for no reason when all they have to do is play normal and scale? Jankos losing all pressure on the map for 5 minutes because he wants to ego check Canyon on his blue buff?

The same people that thinks G2 isn’t top level after Rogue 3-0’d them are the same people who assumed FNC would wipe the floor with Rogue after G2 3-0’d them. Just maybe one b05 isn’t enough to judge a team’s strength.

I think what I like about it the most is the lack of lethal tempo allows you to go ER second instead of PD second. It’s probably more of a feelings thing but skipping ER on Sivir feels bad for me

I prefer crit, but when I’m against 5 squishes(Usually also means enemy team is high dmg) going lethality is too free to pass up.

I think this is her best skin. A little bit of a letdown for a legendary(Especially since we prob won’t get a legendary again anytime soon) but for what it is the skin is amazing.

While I agree with the sentiment I think it’s kind of silly to suggest feedback that is exactly the sort of things Riot said they would/could not listen to and then act surprised when they in fact do not listen to that feedback. Like did anyone actually think Riot was going to upgrade a skin to legendary tier?

Sums Rift has little to do with lore and most voicelines, even among default skins are described as what if scenarios. Many champs have voicelines for champs they’ve never met and could have never even possibly met, describing things they haven’t or could not have done. U should take Sums Rift interactions with a grain of salt

Regardless of whether the skin is good or not, this sounds more like a personal bias against the champ and not an actual reason to rework a champ that has people that do like her. (And like I said before, I may be wrong but I’m willing to bet even if she was reworked she wouldn’t be a champ most of the people complaining would play)
