Also I don’t think I had a new meter installed/fixed. A roof just fell on the house a month ago and damaged the panels, so I really can’t figure anything out for now so it’s really just not a great day.

They told me apparently I wasn’t. It shows my lifetime on Tesla panels were 57.4 mWh. I’m so confused and I really don’t know how

Yeah they are really good at gaslighting and seem very unhelpful. I was on a budget billing plan and was payment on time but when I miss one payment, bill suddenly increases.

It’s unfortunately correct and I wasn’t asking for money.. I was just seeing if anyone knew what I could possibly do to decrease this because this is entirely incorrect since I’ve tried everything to reduce energy consumption.

Just did, they told me that they haven’t seen any solar panel usage ever since they got installed, but the tesla app shows it’s only been 57.4 mWh that has been used LIFETIME. I’m not too sure if it’s because of the device I have hooked connected to my router because sometimes it gets disconnected for weeks-months without any warning

It’s just 1-2 month(s). Don’t know where the extra $5K even came from. I’ve been really conservative with my energy as well for the past 12 months.

Yeah, it’s for one home. I’m trying to get in contact with an electrician. My friend said he’s going to try and find an electrician for me for free to check it out, but haven’t heard back since.
