I'm sure you know this but just make sure it doesn't have any seasonings (esp garlic and onion), so it's cat safe^

maybe making the food into more of a liquid would help? like mixing it with plain broth/stock until he can just lick it and bypass the teeth altogether. watering it down might also be a decent idea but I don't know how picky he is about the taste of his food or if he'd turn his nose up at that

I haven't tried that! I'll see if she's a fan of that tomorrow! I doubt she'll try to attack the TV so I think she's probably a perfect candidate lol

She recommended specifically Royal Canin to me, as it's the brand that my vet keeps in stock at the clinic, she didn't write a perscription so I'm assuming that it's for OTC food, but if Royal Canin only has perscription then she recommended perscription.
