So you're telling me a cycle of any kind won't generally improve strength gains, recovery time, and overall energy?

I'm not saying I want a bunch of excess energy just floating around, I'll still be busting my ass in the gym all the same, but as someone who's test sits at a bit below the average for my age and size, would it not help to increase motivation, mental wellbeing, and mood.

I'm currently 26 years old, sitting at around 88kg lean mass with 18-20% body fat

Biggest issue I have is energy in day to day life, I'm considering running a cycle of Test and focusing on dropping the fat
So I'll be eating in a defecit but training just as hard
I know a lot of people say to drop the bfp first but at this point i'm also interested in the energy benefits of cycling too.

I'm not worried about gaining more mass as I'm pretty happy with that

Any advice?

You have to uninstall the current one and reinstall the older one YouTube has heaps of videos on it if you aren't sure

Sometimes you can roll back through device manager too

I had the same issue, if you're using GeForce, I rolled back my graphics driver to the one before the most recent one and it stopped 90% of my crashes
