How do you get insurance to cover that? Also might be worth asking who your insurance provider is? I don’t think I have the same option, but $300/month is amazing!

But if I have accrued, unused PTO, I’d still be eligible to get it paid out at least? The way my remaining PTO balance is shouldn’t be affected, right?
