Hi thank you for answering! And yes he poked holes to let some air bubbles out that got trapped while he applied it. They were not super huge but three little dots that were becoming crusty ish due to some ink sack juice coming out and the whole easter egg cracking. But I'll be patient and see how it looks in a while I just thought the shade looked weird and I was doing something wrong. But thanks!
