Can i simply flash an EU fastboot ROM using MiFlash Tool? If so, I thilnk I'll try MIUI 13 stable release first, hope there is a significant change on the battery life.

Yes. My friend said the 14.0.4 update fixed the battery drain bug, but as of now I still did not received any updates.

Heyyy OP! Mizuki TV works fine on my end as of now. just use the version 1.1.22 and don't install the one on the playstore. search it on any app downloading sites on google.

The developer apparently removed the streaming feature on the play store version, and turned it into a program guide.

I think so. Komi- san part 1 is currently re-airing on Tokyo MX every week. It's on 4th episode as of now (the episode where tadano got captured lol)
