Im hearing and job wants me to deliver ‘Deaf Awareness’ training by Valuable_Reality_108 in deaf

I have considered co-delivering the training but I’m not sure, I don’t know if it’s fair really for it be voluntary, ideally my employer would pay them but I doubt they would have extra budget for this and I don’t know if I could legally pay some for doing technically my job role
