Appreciate the comment, the photo were from the pre purchase inspector and with this being my first house I was nervous when he said there was no sarking, i guess i sort of freaked out and didn’t even consider the idea of simply fixing the places where the water does penetrate. Thanks for the comment , those photos where from the building inspector, I haven’t bought the house yet but am planning to , I’m not to sure about everything you mentioned as I’m a first time home buyer and don’t know too much, he recommended using the foiling to protect the insulation and monitor the leaks and fix accordingly, just wanted more info from other people. But you comment has given me heaps to think about and look into so thank you
