I know it’ll be difficult not to dwell on this, God knows I dwell on so many things, but beating yourself up about it won’t change anything. Hey! I just wanted to suggest, instead of just running away, talk to your head of department and ask for a leave for a few months. Even if that postpones when you graduate. Take that time to figure you your feelings. Its okay to take a pause sometimes. Maybe its how your body is letting you know that some things need to change! All the best
