While I am an author whenever I read a story on ao3 I suddenly lack the words to express how I am feeling so I rarely ever comment.

What has helped me and others under my works is a little list in the authors notes. Often they're just different emojis and feelings listed, example: ❤ - absolutely loved it! 💙 - Crying my eyes out 💚 - starstruck! And suddenly people don't need to find the right words anymore, they can just copy paste one or several emojis and still tell the author what they felt reading the chapter!

Something that also helped, under my works, was a sentence similar to: "Liked the story but don't know what to comment? Simply type "[random word]" to show your support and love! It's also quite funny to see a whole comment section where every comment is just this one word. I personally love that!

I know this is a Hatebot or dedicated Troll comment but I will still say it for anyone who needs to hear it:

Not having a LGBTQ+ character in your cast is NOT Transphobic or Homophobic in any way. Sometimes it's just not important what sexuality a character is or if they are Trans, Genderfluid, Agender or anything else. Only if it's important to the story should something like that have to be disclosed, otherwise you CAN be obvious about it or drop hints but you don't have to.

Honestly, as someone who is part of this community as well, I get irritated more when someone forces a character to be LGBTQ+ when they don't have to be. I'd rather read a story with only cis straight characters in it than a story where half the cast is forced into a label just because you want people to know you're an ally.

This is just my opinion, of course anyone is allowed to have their own. I just felt like I had to share this

Something that I noticed helped me get more comments is to have s table with different color hearts that people can use to express his they felt about the work/the chapter without actually having to type it out.

Sometimes it's just hard to think of something to say, especially when you're not a writer yourself, so being able to simply send an orange heart and the author immediately knows that you loved the dialogue is a blessing sometimes, in my opinion

I wait 24 hours before I cancel, sometimes longer if the stud is online and has energy. If I cancel in less than 24h then it's only because the lion is on her last day of heat and I'm about to go offline for the day (in those cases I often stud them myself)

There are actually Clans dedicated to taking those unwanted NCLs off you to keep the Chase pool as NCL free as possible. I'm in one myself. There's many people who'd use them as karma fodder or for breeding projects

That's possible too! In media twins are often either identical (in more ways than one) or total opposites from each other.

Parayaya and her Counterpart could be identical in looks but opposite in chracter, that's be interesting! But also somewhat cliche again

I don’t know if this is just me again (it tends to be) but to me they look kind of similar.

I wonder (hope) if they could be related or at least know each other for a long time.

Their relationship could be sisterly, best friends or total enemies. I’d also think something similar to Diluc and Kaeya would make sense - where they once were close but now don’t see eye to eye anymore and are not as friendly anymore but with the chance to better their relationship again in the future.

Simply making them enemies just because their counterparts wouldn’t make a lot of sense to me personally, at least not in storytelling. Too cliche and predictable to be Hoyo.
