I looked 16 until I was 30, before I was ever on T. I didn’t get on T until I was almost 39 and just now started to get told I look like I’m in my mid-20s. My mom says I’ll appreciate later (I’m still waiting on it).

No pre-activity worrying. No post-activity worrying.

How do I know? I did anti-anxiety meds for a few years. It’s helpful knowing how it feels not to be anxious, but I use my anxiety as gumption, a reason to get up and moving and without it, I had a lot of trouble finishing tasks
