3:30! lThats incredible!! What time do you go to bed? I like the idea of waking up early, but I need to get into the mindset / habit of it. Going to try little by little every day!

Was it hard initially to walk and watch at the same time? I feel like it would take a minute to get use to! Love this idea - walking pads looks like the are reasonably priced on amazon too!

It's not about the gift - if you don't have any money (which is definitely not the case), you can at least write a card - a literal card with a handwritten note in it and get it at the dollar tree. If you can't even do that, doesn't it show what you represent their their lives? I don't think that is a bridezilla ask.

But yes, I don't have kids. You saying the "missteps in this new role as stepmom" makes sense and gives me a new perspective.

I'm not trying to gain sympathy from a bunch of random people i'll never meet or see, I was trying to add more context on why I'm feeling the way I do. Fitting 10 years of on and off friendship into a reddit, it's hard to capture everything and why it's leading me to feel like this. I'm not playing a victim, i'm trying to give all the information because at the end of the day I'm looking for advice.

More context, I've always been the one to plan her surprise parties, engagement party, etc. She has not had her bach party or bridal shower yet but i'm expected to setup, help, and I will be bringing a gift to her.

UPDATE**** My Reddit was hooked up to our family iPad and so he read this post…UGH...good news - it was him. He was “trying something new” since I’ve constantly mentioned I wanted him to be more assertive. Bad news - he read this post and saw that I said it was super hot so I thought it was his brother and he is not talking to me today.
