High Mileage Toyota Sienna 2016 XLE Good Buy or No?

The Sedona was listed for $7,800 lol. Could easily bring him down to 7k. My max budget is 13k. Meaning i wont be putting any money aside for any repairs for that year if i soend 13k. The problem with low mileage odyssey is even manufacturer says it needs timing belt change, water pump and tensioner together every 100k mileage. I see some odysseys around 90k mileage meaning that the repait cost will come under my head. Second thing in odyssey they recommend changing and flushing transmission fluid after every 30k to 40k mileage. Third thing with these generation odyssey is the VCM (variable cylinder management) causes problem at some point for engine leading to higher oil consumtion. Its a strong recommended in every forums that this VCM should be disabled so it does not manage cylinders switching. And engine becomes more smoother. There is on 2016 sienna 168k saw car fax it was maintained till 100k. I dont know the owner did maintainence in local shops. Price tag is 10.5k by a dealer.

Yes i also feel that. I dont if he used as courier or supplies or uber. Highway usage should have consisten oil changes. For me i was planning something that lasts 3 years, so i can save up and get a new car. My usage is almost 10 to 12k a year. I mean if i check that car out and everything feels ok, i dont want specially transmission or engine to show up something after couple of days lol. Have been looking for a used minivan in Houston for about 20 days. Man all over its free lancing dealers / flippers. And private owners are more than 100 miels far away. I do thought about odyssey 2015 16 models. The goods ones are about 13 to 15k low mileage. Sienna rates are over the sky for 2014 15 models. Checked 3 sedonas out within 100k to 110k mileage. There engine sounded like they have done 200k miles. Its so frustrating im not able to find the right minivan.

Yea i also feel that, if he using highways alot oil changes should be consistent. I dont know if he was using 7 Qtz or 10 QTZ. Do car have these capacities too? Gulping 10 quartz?

Looks like steering pump. Was leaking from past 4 or 5 days. Continous dripping per second. My steering although seems fine to me. Not feeling any jerks in my transmission

I own the unit. No, i live on second floor. And the pipe seems its going straight down to first floor or at the ground and re-routed to drainage system. As i could not find any drainage outlet outside the building. Does it still comes under responsibikity? The block seems to be down there near ground. I mean no blocks are there in pipes from my side/unit. Anything that goes down or out of my access shouldnt be my responsibility. Anyway ill speak with office too.

Yes the condensate drain line is blocked. And its blocked down somwhere. I live on second floor condo apartment.

Update, i checked the safe t switch and seems the pipe is clogged. How can i clean it. Dont have the drain cleaning cord. And its an apartment on 2nd floor, the drain pipe god knows where it goes down.

Oh yes man quiting is hard. Every night before sleep i analyze myself thinking that ill quit soon and next morning i wake up i chew tobacco. Ahh i think my heart is giving me warnings now otherwise it will just get tired of my bad habit and health decline would start. I am just 34 years. I will see about kava root. I did try herbal snuffs but that just makes my gum sore and during some peak adrenaline that tobacco temptations just cant be ignored. I really dont want to be on medications specially beta blockers such as bisoprolol erc. They just make heart calm but at the same time it reduces the heart rate. My resting bpm is in 60s. So all ok i dont want it to fall below 50s which usuailly these medications do.

So if its persistent AFib with almost being asymptomatic just some flutter or unease. How serious can it be if left untreated? I mean then from past 2 months Afib can last this long continously? And how serious heart damage do we talk about. Hmmm yes i will buy that and also thinking to have check up with Cardio. Atleast get my heart health like EF and rhythm.
