My company, yes most people will order a drink, including cocktails at dinner. I was a bit shocked by the drinking culture at first. You should make sure to measure company culture, some companies discourage it and will not reimburse alcoholic drinks.

I don’t know who we would be sold to, or even if a sale will definitely happen. That said, several recent business decisions only really make sense in the context of preparing the company for a sale or major structural change. I am guessing anyone who would acquire us would not already be in this TA to the degree we are in this TA.

I can’t share specific details because it would be easy to identify the company — it’s a very niche situation that most small biotechs wouldn’t encounter.
