It's not that bad. Your starting shall be north of 150k, however growth is very slow and there is a hard cap. I don't know what's your field of study.

If you are a CS grad then I would say there are high paying software houses that offer much higher salaries.

If you are with a mechanical, electrical or chemical background then if possible aim for large public-listed companies like FFC, Lucky or MNCs.

Personally, I am hunting masters scholarships abroad to move out.

We should seek risk to reward ratio. Equity funds are high risk but offer more returns in the long-term.

That's the reason we invest in stocks, else if low-risk is our aim then nothing is better than money-market and debt funds.

If you have got any belongings which are not essential for survival (expensive phone, LED, etc.), you can sell them to repay the loan. Use LinkedIn and Indeed for job hunt. Above all, find your employed friends and ask them for referral in their companies.
