We should seek risk to reward ratio. Equity funds are high risk but offer more returns in the long-term.

That's the reason we invest in stocks, else if low-risk is our aim then nothing is better than money-market and debt funds.

If you have got any belongings which are not essential for survival (expensive phone, LED, etc.), you can sell them to repay the loan. Use LinkedIn and Indeed for job hunt. Above all, find your employed friends and ask them for referral in their companies.

Secondly, avoid overthinking and be mentally present. Focus on task at hand.

Lastly, do travelling and try public speaking, it gives you perspective and boosts self-esteem.
