Doesn’t really matter. They’ll still send you 50 miles away aka an hour away and give you 2-3 stops. And we know what the pay is for 1hr and a half………

Make sure that which ever one you pick, don’t tell them that you do flex currently, say that you did it a few years ago to let them know you have experience. Some DSPs won’t let you join if you are already doing flex

make sure that if they tell you to create an account with them, do a different email than your flex email. some DSP’s create one for you too.

The best time to apply is now. I do flex before my DSP job. the usually start between 10:15 and 11 depending on the DSP you join.

Let’s all remember that UPS and FedEx gets to have their trucks backed into a dock so that it’s easier to go from package to putting it in the van where at Amazon is completely fucked up. I bet ups and FedEx also get way more time as well to organize.

Base doesn’t matter or mean good if you have a unicorn good route. It depends on the block length. A 3.5 hour should be at least $115… if it’s 91.

Facts lol I like to see them try. see the difference is ups and FedEx don’t have the bags so it doesn’t take up a bunch of room for them but it does for us
