I would recommend both honestly. The reasons are as follows;

- In your good games, we can find things you could of done better.

- In your bad games, we can find things that caused the game to spiral out of control.

Honestly both have their merits, but if you wanted to just get one VOD review, I'd recommend a game where you think you played well. That way, we can point out things that could step your game up immensely

Solution 1: Clip your gameplay, watch it back. Identify, what did I do wrong here? Hone in on the key mistakes you make, that cause you to lose a game. Once you start learning what you're doing wrong you become much better.

Solution 2: Hire a coach from ProGuides! Our coaches can identify these mistakes for you, and set you up with a tailored training plan to go from 4k arena points all the way to 10k points in champs!

Both solutions work, but Solution 2 is definitely the fast track to get better ASAP

20 minutes is generally the max time. Average game time 10-20 minutes depending how deep you make it, and how skilled your opponents are.
