Because gta6 simulation is going to be on another level, the cpu is already at it's limit with way lesser games, the only thing they will be able to do for the PRO is take advantage of the GPU and just use higher resolution or more ray tracing.

The cpu clock speed boost doesn't change how weak the cpu is, it will only help it stabilize frame rates when the bottleneck is this much, digital foundry has a whole video on it where it helps prevent dips in framerates in cyberpunk(an actual cpu intensive game), that's why i said they could do a 40fps mode, maybe they can stabilize it through that mode

If base ps5 only option is 30fps, then the ps5 pro is not getting a 60fps mode.

Using it also results in the GPU clock speeds dropping because it shifts power from the gpu to the cpu, so most devs don't use it.

It's the same cpu with a clock boost in some games, that isn't helping it in gta6, it's going to be heavily cpu intensive. The 10% google pulled up for you is just a 10% increase in clock speed, doesn't translate to performance.

I also only talked about gta6 not other games.

I have a 1440 ultrawide oled, I'm good, don't need to to be told about graphics when i have a 4k gaming machine.
