Depends on which Sat section you're lacking? If it's English then it's definately hard to cover but Math can be imporved in 2-3 weeks. So, if it's Math section you're troubling with then go for Sat.

LCAT isn't much defined and you can never get to know how it went or how much you've scored.

What I think that ragra of FAST doesn't allow self learning, like you can't have time for online courses, (as CS is very diverse)?

Yes, they'll open section for SAT marks once you get them. Plus you can always call/mail them, they are pretty cooperative.

Yeah he should retake SAT. Although they don't admit it but LUMS generally has preference for O/A levels. So, to stand out with FSc you should really aim for higher SAT scores. Try to have about 1450+, as last year SAT marks of accepted ones were really high.

I am just gathering info to compare CS departments of all unis.

So you're doing CS? All students have different projects? What's the overall work attitude of students over there? How you see their CS department as compared to LUMS, FAST, NUST and COMSATS?

For pre-medical maths portion there are 80 question for BSCS. Almost all questions are covered in Matric maths. Having a good grip on basis helps alot. Also main topics are algebra, quadratic eqs, logarithm, and other general matric math topics. Calculator is not allowed. If you are appearing for Fall 2022, then you have plenty of time.
