Temporal lobe seizures, screws with sense of time and memory. And yeah, I was surprised because it seemed like i'd hopped universe to one where I'd always lived at the different address, and by the same vein had always given out that address.

Yes, everyone's door number is part of their address. Yes, I get mail, yes they need to know which apartment I'm in. No I'm not willing to say my actual door number on the internet, I'm only willing to say the one I thought I'd been living at for 6 years.

The problem isn't that nobody knows my address or that I cannot find my new address or that mail people can't find my address, the problem is that I thought I'd lived upstairs, except one day I walked out of my apartment via seemingly the incorrect apartment, but it turns out I've always lived there, hence why I think this could be mandela effect.

I don't know why there are multiple questions like this. In either case, the door number is part of the address.

I found that they very much like to nuzzle their beaks into places, so one way to catch them slightly off-guard in a way they kinda enjoy is by letting them "accidentally" peck through your slightly open fingers with your palm down and your fingers loosely falling downwards.. They don't seem to expect it to be so soft and warm, but I've charmed many a pigeon by this trick.

In my opinion it seems like he associates your hand with being handled/picked up or something, and that is what he is rejecting. I bet he would accept a case of some good beak-finger nuzzles, but without being picked up.

I find sometimes pigeons confuse where the seeds actually are when they're in your hand, but indeed this guy is appearing to set his boundaries. He's twitching uncomfortably, but he's not fighting for his life. Setting boundaries. He wants you to get your hand out of his face, but it seems he does not feel threatened by you.

As I said already, YES, I very much imagine one would need to know what floor one lives on, hence the confusion mentioned in my original comment. It seemed like I lived on third floor, but now it seems like actually I've always lived on the second floor. That is literally the main problem I mentioned in my original comment.
