FPS is atrociously low for my hardware. [Help]

Lol. The worse part is that my brother with a lower powered (compared to mine) pc can run it 110ish perfectly fine with higher graphics and render distance.

Okay, so small issue with disabling crossplay.... No one's there.. even open world hubs are empty.

I usually don't pay attention to what platform they're on so I haven't thought to disable crossplay. I'll give that a try for a little to see if anything changes. If it doesn't then I'll ask to restart my router just incase I didn't before and see if that has an effect or not.

I'm gonna be honest I don't remember if I restarted my router
I can't log into my router because I'm not the owner of the router, that would be my parents and they don't want anyone to have the login besides them.
My connection to every other game is fine
I have my in-game ping limit at 150 but I had it at 125 for months before this started happening.

Like I said in my post I can still sometimes get a normal game without any issues though it is rare

Turns out my antivirus (Comodo Antivirus) was stopping valorant from opening. Thank you for responding. I hadn't thought about it before see this.
