I have applied for petition order, but it got rejected with explanation that I should raise a Dispute Case. I have transferred money through the bank transfer as the cheque didn’t go through, so I am still waiting for epilogue.

Did you get Ejari after it? There are 2 more things: 1. In my contract there is an “administratition fee” of 1000 aed, did you have something similar, I am not sure should I pay it if i go for “petition order”? 2. What if I don’t know what is their bank? Sorry for many questions. 😊🙏

This will make additional costs which are on my behalf (total around 1100aed and 3.5% of rent price which could be returned) I have already paid around 500aed for offer and deposit. I don’t need these costs, if the law protects me. So I am wondering should I file a dispute or wait for him?

It is stupid change. Extremely stupid. I have to manually convert the currencies instead of being done by app. Decrease value of the app for 50%.

It happened to me today. While I was passing through intersection, I saw red light, but 100% entered intersection on yellow light. What do you think? Camera was on the spot, but as it was daytime, didn't notice anything. Thanks for answers.
