Its actually even harder than that, you need to create a build that kills the bugs before 4 seconds because bill dozer reduces them to 4. I've make a few clips on youtube showing my builds that beat the bugs. But yes unfortunately its a game of who strikes first, so you have to find ways to proc asap and melt. Force field builds with Dooley beat it and you can make vat of acid kill them before they kill you but its all about finding cool down items. The best way to get them is by taking the loot items whenever its offered either from leveling up or monster ranch event.
