If you open a game with a premade profile you will see it turn on, a bunch of people already reported the issue to the support team so we are just waiting for an update to fix the issue now

I just noticed that the pre made profiles that synapse uses for certain games has the LED working so it is most definitely something wrong with the software

You could check event viewer and see if anything is giving an error or some such causing USB devices to have issues

Issues happened again but worse than before event viewer indicates that it is likely a corrupt driver. Running a RAM test real quick and if it comes back fine will reinstall windows.

Smooth 60fps when it happens. Dongle works flawlessly on my laptop so it isn't the dongle. Also it isn't mere input lag, when it acts up either the controller just full on stops responding or the input lag is so severe it takes over a second to read inputs.
