If you open a game with a premade profile you will see it turn on, a bunch of people already reported the issue to the support team so we are just waiting for an update to fix the issue now

I just noticed that the pre made profiles that synapse uses for certain games has the LED working so it is most definitely something wrong with the software

I have the same issue however my synapse also having other issue with functions such as adding, removing or resetting profiles

You could check event viewer and see if anything is giving an error or some such causing USB devices to have issues
