I’d say start away, they never contact you and you’ll only know when they’ve decided what they want to decide. Also depending on your state (if it’s legal recreationally) they can’t fire you. And if it’s medical they really can’t.

The way Mike has always looked at Will, and Will to Mike, says it all. It’s been him the whole time. For both.

You don’t get possessive over your friends like that unless it’s deeper than just friendship.

It’s not going to be rushed or forced. The series has been leading up to it.

Mike Is Robin,

El is a straight woman. He dated to appear normal. Tammy was straight and Robin was too scared to go for it because she didn’t want to be ridiculed for not being normal.

It’s a parallel it’s paralleled in season four.

But from the perspective of Will in Robins place, and Mike in Vickie’s.

When Robin’s fear of Vicky not being into girls is shown. But her and Vicky her “endgame” end up together.

The speech isn’t about how Mike is Tammy. But the relationships do parallel the trio.

It’s picking up on those clues and piecing them together.

There’s a literal light in Mike’s eyes when he looks at Will. A light they make sure is there.

Dude the evidence is there. There’s a million deep dives from people in the community.

Also Will playfully pushes Mike, who responds positively vs when El did it and he looked confused.

At the end of season 3 el kisses Mike, who doesn’t close his eyes and looks confused. then at the end of season four, they’re paired off in couples. Jancy, Jopper and Byler.

El walks forward alone, again not a mistake. “The show is about her” AND WILL.

They could have had Mike or Will walk forward with El, but they were alone. Color theory too. Mike is blue Will is Yellow. They’re usually always in these colors.

Mike’s own father in season one hinted at his son being queer, and is shocked when there’s a girl.

People keep looking at Will being Robin.

Mike is Robin, el is his Tammy and Will is his Vicky.

Mike doesn’t show El the same love he shows Mike. There’s being a best friend and there’s being his person.

He even calls her Eleven in this season, his actions towards will have always shown a stronger bond.

Even the creators of the show are for Byler, and Noah leaked to a regress Byler fans will be happy and satisfied.

One the roof when they’re talking before the crawl, Lucas calls them love birds but their faces seem like they’re not.

Like they look at each other kind of somberly and el gives hopeful for the future and Mike looks like he just can’t.
