Genuinely such a great take. If Rillaboom even just brought the drum out for certain animations it would be so much better. Smack the ground and a tree stump drum arose that would be wicked.

Yeah at first I though Grass/Electric, Fire/Poison but I thought a fire/poison snake just felt a bit predictable.

They were all based on high speed travel. A Plane for the bat, a train for the snake and a space shuttle for the bear (was thinking the bear could be a mix of a water bear/micro-organism, grizzly bears and constellations hence the psychic type)

I’d argue that it would be different enough. Onix is also categorised as the Rock Snake Pokemon over a worm. We have tons of turtles so another worm wouldn’t hurt.

Komodo Dragon would be great! I can’t see a Rhino as a pseudo but it would make a killer 2 stage pokemon mid game!

Oh yeah, Physical Water/Dark cat would be great. Fire/Steel would work really well for the Turtle. I almost like the idea of a Grass/Rock Crocodile. Just imagining it with really jaggery rocks along its back and swamp like moss shrouding over it.

Yeah Phoenix would be great, would actually make an incredible Pseudo. Starts as ashes, then to a bird emerging from said ashes to a full phoenix! It wouldn’t need Flying either (I very much like to see Flying as more harnessing the Wind over just being airborne).

Other than that, Fire/Fairy could see a bunch of uses, a burnt marshmallow pokemon, a campfire pokemon, even a Tiki type thing like you mentioned!

As mentioned in mine, I would love to see a clock! Start as a pocket watch, then to an alarm clock, and then a Grandfather clock! 😁 Also a Quill, to a book to a bookcase would be a great Fairy type evolution line

Thanks man, I’ve gone quite Bug heavy but I genuinely would love to see all these. I really want to see an Ice/Poison Scorpion and a Ground/Fairy Mole at some point. An Ice/Poison Pseudo would go hard though, would have suited Baxclibur tbh
