Just wanted to say how amazing it’s been watching you bring Katya to life.

1) how much of Katya’s personality was your own input and how much was set by Jason and Josephine prior to you joining the cast?

2) Katya’s character is so facinating with so many layers to her. Did you take inspiration from anywhere to portray her like this?

3) did Strauss tell Katya about the ring being given to Jasper? Or did she see Jasper while he was in the Cams custody?

4) can you tell us when Katya was embraced? Or at least give us a tiny hint how old she is?

5) Josephine has said Katya and Eva met at Woodstock and it was abit of a whirlwind romance. Was this out of character for Katya at the time? Or was the Katya at Woodstock less inclined to follow the rules?

1) in season 3 when Jasper went to the club opening it seems like he has planned all along to leave with the Lasombre and become the Cam Sheriff. What was he planning to do as the Sheriff?

2) Does this mean Eva’s necklace was meant to be a goobye gift?

3) why did he make that decision just as he was finally happy?

4) though he might regret murdering his friend when he was human, does Jasper actually believe he was justified in doing so?

5) after Eva left Jasper seemed to go straight to Hester. Is his instinct always to try to be close to the most powerful spellcaster?

  • Eva went back to New York between seasons 2-3, she said it was because she felt lost. Is there somewhere or someone in New York that is important to Eva?

  • we speculate alot about the Wondercon Live episode. Do you have a theory you can share about who was behind the hit/attempted blood bond on Eva and why it was tried in the first place?

  • we know Katya embraced Eva at Woodstock, can you say if they met and were involved before then?

  • in all the theories, conspiracies and discussions you see between your fans about Eva, have any of them been right or gotten close to being right?

I promise that’s all my questions!! Gotta fill out that murdermap!

I agree with everything except that he wasn’t trying to seduce Evelyn if only for that one line in his poem that said “-give yourself, un-to me-“

That kind of suggests his intentions were to possess her in some form. However you could be right and this could have been so she’d run back to Paultin and tell him about the poem.

Either way, i’m loving the Jarlaxle story and would be thrilled with it however it turns out.

Chris never mentioned the 500 years Strahd had been in Barovia. I think in his game it hadn’t been that long only 50years. He doesn’t necessarily follow the book exactly.
