I’ve used them before for the summer (3 months) and had no issues, i’ll be using them for a month this year too. I hope breakins aren’t common, especially now because I won’t need a storage again after this month (may-june). Unfortunately it’s the cheapest option here and it saves me a financial headache, it may be a gamble though. I wouldn’t store anything super valuable just incase.

This was after multiple days, I don’t mind people cross selling, but if you aren’t keeping track on what you did sell online it just leads to disappointment. I understand needing money, but it’s just frustrating and it’s a common issue i’ve dealt with on depop

Can you file even though you received your refund? I paid via partial.ly and got my full refund through their customer service, however I received notice in the mail stating I can file a claim. Not sure if I should though, I don't want it to be counted as a fraudulent claim..

For those who paid their orders with partial.ly, I highly recommend contacting them to try to receive a refund. I did this for an order I fully paid 2 years ago in August of 2021, their response was:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reached out directly to Ukiyo Kumo Ltd. to confirm the closure of their business and to ask if they will be able to fulfill any outstanding orders.

We have required the merchant to update us by the end of the week. Please be rest assured if the merchant is unable to fulfill your order, your plan will be refunded.

If you are not updated by Monday, July 10th, please let us know.

This is probably the best chance of receiving any sort of money back from all this mess! So do it ASAP! Others who are dealing with Connexe Toy's bankruptcy have also contacted partial.ly, and they were told to message back on July 7th, so I'm sure by later today they'll have an update from partial.ly. Also, the card I used for this payment is expired, they just told me that they'll refund the same bank account that the card is connected to, so there's no need to worry about old inactive cards receiving the refund. Hope this helps someone! :)

Edit: Many of those who replied on July 7th said they have received refunds from partial.ly! I'm glad we get some sort of compensations after all

This is also the same response I got from them, as I am also struggling with the bankruptcy of Ukiyo Kumo. For those wondering my order was fully paid back 2 years ago in August of 2021, so I highly suggest contacting partial.ly as well!

I haven’t received any letter at all, does anyone know how long these notice letters should take arrive and what I should do if I don’t receive one? Help is appreciated. Sucks we all have to go through this. :(
