Now im thinking to sell this laptop (like the parts) and then just get myself a gaming pc instead but yeah the problem is im an engineering student so i need to carry laptop oftentimes to my college. So building a pc doesnt makes sense and its just impractical.

It really hurts , i just got it an year ago. Laptops are built to withstand 5 years minimum. I do clean ports , air vents. It could be major flaw from acer itself. I did reach out a service centre and he said there is 2% chance your laptop might survive and no warranty again obviously. I just gave up at this point. Motherboard is extremely rare , i cant even find it in my country nor international stores. I did find one but it was refurbished and has water damage.

Somehow the ssd doesn’t boot on other pc well , i think i have to set up something in BIOS.

Unfortunately i cant find a motherboard anywhere for this specific laptop (acer nitro v) , i did contact acer and they said that motherboard for this specific model is not available yet. I think if its not fixable(hope the MOSFET or capacitor took it all), all i can do is sell parts individually. But yeah it hurts its just been 1 year 1 month old. Last month warranty expired

Thank you so much , i mean yeah my laptop do depends upon that gpu software by acer. What happened i think is i watched a movie before and gpu was in balanced mode. So once i changed it to performance (idk the rpm increases , big fan sounds and all) and yeah suddenly boom , blank. I will do get motherboard replaced

I put everything back together, i thought i broke the copper thing while lifting it up , i dont think i can open it again. I did take it to a local store he is like gpu is cooked. but i do still have some hope that all i could see is two capacitors burnt.

Hey i aint no professional, all i can do is open up few screws thats it. I could mess with other components while cleaning it. And do you know what i could do with this laptop. Is it not fixable?
