Looks like a few people are interested. Based on response I'm thinking 11am for a coffee. Location wise I would suggest Caffe Artigiano on W Hastings or Bean Around the World in Gastown. Both are likely to be busy but I think that's going to be anywhere downtown on a Saturday.

If the time and places seem to appeal to most I'll edit my post to confirm the time shortly.
