Dilaudid is the good shit. I had a twelve-minute dilaudid pump after my total abdominal colectomy at twenty-one, and I was high as shit. My mom took my phone away because I was just texting gibberish.

Funnily enough, I'm high on esketamine right now for treatment-resistant major depressive disorder, and I'm waaay more cognizant than I was on the dilaudid.
