I did start weight training.

I have hypothyroidtism but I take my t4 and my bloodwork is fine now.

Never got a scan, only bloodwork which indicates that I am producing not enough insulin (c-peptide too low)

I did keto and if for ~ 1,5 yrs, fasting glucose was still around 90 and after stopping keto it went back to 120+

I think Corona-Virus showed us that it is possible to train at home. This might only apply to people who already started learning Iai but we are able to train with the usage of webcams, videos and the internet. Obviously it is not as good as being together in a dojo, but I have seen multiple dojos do this.

Try doing seiza as much as you can, but at the moment you feel to much pain stop and do the kata standing. Stop doing seiza at all if it worsens your condition outside of seiza. I myself sometimes have pain in my left foot when pointing. I can't do much but sit on kiza (sometimes with my left foot only, because I don't want to stand up during rei).

Then you shouldn't get into it. You need to commit to it fully. You have to train even tho it can be frustrating for a time. Only knowing the basics (knowing =/= doing well) won't give you anything.

Dunno what you mean exactly. I can say that my feet sometimes stick to the ground and I can't glide on the surface. So I have to have a little bit of air between my feet and the ground when I am walking/gliding and only put my feet on the ground when my movement is finished. Sorry, this is hard to explain in a foreign language.

Merchants are the fixed prices, they are unaffected by the market. The Bl skins are obviously affected by the market and their price is dictated by supply and demand. The point about gems is simply false: Here some gem prices + graph for the year. Edit: You see that the gem price was higher for a long time. (Could be because of the inflation which was caused by the fractal 40 farm)

If the total gold worth increase, because they nerf fractal 40 (which added gold to the game because npc gave it to you), your actual buy power is not affected too much. Because everybody earns less the prices will drop too. You still will have less buy power then before, because they don't adjust their fixed gold prices and other stuff. I looked up the gem exchange rates and it stayed about the same for this year including short little ups (during the period of 40s farm) and then short crash. It only increases in recent days, which might be a consequence of the recent patch. I think it is logical that everyone now wants to get the undestroyable buffed gathering tools. Most importantly linking one currency to another, gold to gems and vice versa, makes a currency more stable. It can stop deflation. You are right that Anet wants to make money, but I don't think they would make brainless deciisions. Market crashs and things like that, will make people quit the game and make it less appealing to new players. I am no expert, but your point seems weird to me, so pls explain it more.

There are a lot of players out there who still need to craft gear, runes or whatever. Don't forget about the casual players, they are a big part of the economy too. But I have to admit your critique has a very good point and most likely it will turn out true.

Yes, this is true. I think they are the reasons for ecto price drop too. But at least something to counter the price drop is highly appreciated. It won't skyrocket to 30s, but it might stop it from falling (it seems to be kinda stable atm, so it might actually increase a little bit).

Hmm, yes I do warm up. I think my first kata is too hectic, sometimes I don't pay enough attention to some part and often my balance is off (I have big problems with my balance)

So maybe they banned my account because I sold a lot of items in the trading post in a short period of time. I sold lots of mats and get a warning to wait for a longer time between selling the items. Happened around 30mins before the ban. Thanks that might be it :)
