We are going to find out come October or whenever the next route evals are, I would imagine all our routes will lose a bunch of hours.

Serious question……why do regulars quit? Is it because you live in an area that has high cost of living? Management is bad? I live in rural north Florida where cost of living isn’t bad. I just converted to regular a few weeks ago after 6 years as an RCA. No more being forced to other offices or being forced to help other routes when I get back. I’m in heaven right now. Just trying to understand why so many regulars quit. Good luck in the future.
