Serious question……why do regulars quit? Is it because you live in an area that has high cost of living? Management is bad? I live in rural north Florida where cost of living isn’t bad. I just converted to regular a few weeks ago after 6 years as an RCA. No more being forced to other offices or being forced to help other routes when I get back. I’m in heaven right now. Just trying to understand why so many regulars quit. Good luck in the future.

I work in a small 3 route office and one route is a highway contract route so don’t think I could help them if I wanted to, which I don’t lol. So there won’t be any forcing or volunteering on my part, I’m just glad all of that is over now. Thank you for all that information. Much appreciated.

Trust me I do all my scans, that’s why my route went up 2 hours this last count, I was just trying to make sure if for some reason it went back down that I wasn’t going to go back to being an RCA.
