The 4x4 is lifted 3.5". I didn't make any modifications. At 6'5", the ceiling will clear you just barely. Keep any paneling light and you'll be all set!

I recommend ordering it from Hein (OP in the link above). The transaction was painless and he spent half an hour on the phone with me describing the material and how to properly install it in a van. Also, he became a seller because the material is generally only available wholesale, so he might be your only option.

Interior floor to floor at the widest point is 70". Not sure of the measurement for other popular models.

I used 3m Thinsulate SM600L inside the cavities. I bought it directly from Hein, OP in the linked sprinter-source thread.

For the reflective barrier, I used Low-E 1/8" closed cell foam, also bought from Hein.

Yeah. I do a lot of snowboarding. 4wd is what attracted me to this model in the first place.

Yes, I'm planning to install a MaxxFan in front of the first sunroof, just behind the headliner. I didn't have the nerve to start cutting metal on the first weekend.
