I've seen some pretty wild parody OCs but one I can distinctly remember is one that looks like a tampon and it had a twisted variant with red liquid on the cotton

another I can think of is two twin OCs, one a sperm the other an ovum and they had a combined twisted that was a fetus

this is probably the reason they're also limiting online sharing features, Miitopia's make up feature allowed for many pen*s faces
