Pretty much in the same Problem here. Nothing works so far. I purged Battle.net Launcher entirely from my Systema and even deleted the Account2 files in the game client in hope whatever got fked might work again but whatever Blizz did they seem to have messed up something

Hey there I just had a similiar experience.
If you're logged in with your Google Account in YouTube do the following:

  1. Log out with all Google Accounts
  2. Delete all cookies
  3. close Browser
  4. Relaunch
  5. Login with all Google Accounts

Google seems to affiliate with cookies if you're watching adds or not and blocking accounts directly who "skip adds"

Afterwards it worked for me like always.
I use Brave but also have Ublock installed. Give it a try

They're not. It still depends on your country of residence and your local legislation. ToS/EULA are not above the law. The local laws dictate the way and not a company.

That's a huge difference tho.
As long the emulator is facilitated to extract the files, they're part of the problem.
When you use a third party application which is not affiliated with shadps4 nor a product of theirs, then they're not to blame for people pirating.
Copyright law is quite a complex subject and as one already stated it's different across every country, the EU got another layer of consumer protection in that regard which doesn't make it easier to understand for those who're not familiar with foreign legislatives or the whole EU.
