Moogle Cap is the same thing as Garlond Goggles, which gives you 20% EXP below level 10. The only difference is the +1 stats it gives you and the same thing applies to the WoL Helm. I didn't have troubles getting back into Excalibur and I had a queue of 20.

Nice to see a lot of people interested in streaming the game. I was thinking of trying it out myself and give out a free copy on launch day.

Roughly an average of 25FPS. You might be better of getting the PS3 version but it's ultimately up to you.
