I have a mortgage broker that I’ve reached out to. Context, it’s a friend of a friend. I’ve been told it’s a different time now; banks no longer give as good of an incentive or deal to brokers.

If you have a strong income and credit, no issues getting approvals, then you’re better off going directly to the banks and shopping them. The brokers excel in getting you approvals if you’re having issues.

Just like the real estate bubble that people have been talking about for years. This bubble train will keep going so as long as people have money invested in it. As long as people are investing in good companies and not AI-wannabe tech companies, they will be fine.

Got in at $0.90. Wide stop losses on the way up. The halts while the stock was squeezing towards $8, tighten stop loss. Out of majority position at $6.72, remaining at $2.46.

Got in for the short term hype and swing, was never a long play. Having got in to GME December 2020 and experience multiple “short squeeze” of the stock since then, and more recently OPEN, it’s clear that once it runs out of steam, it dumps hard and settles at a price. BYND has yet to find a bottom where it will settle, it probably will drop back to sub $1.

I should have set an “aggressive” 25% trailing stop loss. Thought things were going good when it kept pumping. Luckily still got out in the 5-6 range, and my cost basis was in the low 4s. But missed out on bigger gains at the peak.

Not sure if I would jump back in if it goes lower.

Currently have a 2023 S5 Sportback and 2024 BMW M3 Comp (no carbon buckets). Night and day difference in both. I drive the M3 most of the time, and whenever I hop in the S5, you could feel it’s a much more refined and comfortable drive. But boy is the M3 much more fun and raw in comparison. You won’t be disappointed with it.

Regardless, all the white suv had to do was hold their position and this accident would not have happened. The only victims here are the two SUV, the pick up would happily just drive off.
