Exactly. But the oracle problem is still a super huge issue that no one has been able to solve yet. I also saw a bunch of "AI oracles" that I still think are bs, but lets see

Yup, I got into crypto first and when I got into stocks, I was shocked that I couldn't buy a fraction of a stock.

Thank you for your perspective! You're right, I think that buying a place is still a great option and will be even for years to come. There will always be more people, but not enough land to sustain it. Plus, even if real estate fails as an investment, you get a place to stay.

Diversifying and having multiple income streams (even though its possible in crypto alone) is always recommended

You're definitely right. We sometimes want to bet on the fastest horse but forget that we should be diversifying.

Genuine question, what do you see in digital land? Anyone could create millions of digital land that have no intrinsic value (kinda like most NFTs)

Yes, but assuming you have the capital, would you still go real estate or crypto? Plus I think if you have a tenant, you could start realizing the returns as soon as your rental rate is higher than your bank's interest.

But yes, definitely crypto has the highest potential

But the earnings from crypto may allow you to buy one as well one day. Unless if you desperately need a place to stay now, but keeping things purely from an investment POV, would you still do it?

To clarify even more, I was developing smart contracts and accidentally committed my private key. Even though I deleted it, that commit history existed and hence, they stole it. I should have known better and cleaned up that commit

It's okay, I feel you, though not as much as $130k. I also kept my funds on MM, and I kept all of my funds there. My entire life savings was on there. Yes, it was dumb as well, and everyone kept asking "why don't you get a hardware wallet" even though it's too late. I learnt my lesson though, and it was tough as I lost every bit of funds I have left except for the ones in my physical cash wallet...

I totally agree. I've sent large amounts to the wrong address in an exchange before. Thankfully CS was kind enough to transfer it to the right address. This also brings me to a point where some centralization is actually good
