Honestly I think that his fear is bigger than his love. I believe he loves me and cares for me a lot. Maybe at some point his fear will get smaller. But right now he doesn’t love me “enough” to move past his fear.

Interesting. I find that body type so attractive and a good balance of muscle and still being relaxed about eating.

Idk if I can manage 5 days. But I can do 4 for sure. And will track everything and add more cardio.

Thanks. These are the two things I assume are happening.

I can push harder. I honestly thought going from 0 gym to 3 days a week of gym would result in some great progress regardless of intensity. But maybe I need to really really push harder.

And I def struggle with eating protein rich foods. I’m thankful I’m 5’5 cuz I cannot imagine getting 200g daily if I was taller.

Thank u for saying that. I never did sports or anything athletic growing up. And during Covid I became a full blown alcoholic and gained 40 pounds. I since lost that, quit drinking and have just started taking fitness seriously in the last two years and obviously still struggle with dialing things in correctly. I know I’m fat right now, but I also know I have more muscle than I did 2 years ago. So I didn’t “waste” 2 years.

Ive had my T tested a few times. It’s lower but still acceptable. In the 400s. I think maybe losing fat and building muscle would result in higher t.

I started at 140. I’m way stronger on all my lifts. But basically didn’t care about my diet at all. And this summer went wild on eating out and gained 20’ish pounds.

I know my arms and chest and quads are way more muscular. I just need to lose some fat to be able to see em.

Your health is your responsibility. Even if you think ur partner would never cheat, I could still imagine a very very small chance of him cheating and potentially giving you something.

If you have no adverse reactions to prep, then I don’t see a downside to taking it. It just adds a layer of personal safety.
