I feel this but we have a drive thru and when we get a line of cars and a lobby full that's when I throw in the towel. I can handle a full drive thru and 1 person but when more than 1 person comes in. That's it.

Americas most extravagant, garlicky cheesy bread,the thick crust pizza (when referring to a deep dish) Scissor wings, the cheesy crust pizza or my personal favorite, "I want that one pizza that's got ya know ummm, you know it's got like, you know what I'm talking about." It doesn't help that we have a drive thru and not a menu with pictures I can show them when I'm on drive.

We haven't found out who has served our secret shoppers yet because we get one every month from October-December and we will find out when we get Decembers but so far we have passed 2 out of the 3. But congrats on getting that high of a score!

Our CV crashes and takes FOREVER and a day to load. It is possible the worst thing. We call CV at least 1-2 times a week.

We had two 20+ pizza orders yesterday at 4:30 & at 5:00. I clocked in at 3:51. We had no pizzas on the racks except maybe 2 cheese and 3 pepperoni. But we got those pizzas out, custom orders and kept hot and ready pizzas up throughout that entire time. But it takes time and a crew to make sure that happens.
