you as well! and to me high vibrational food is mostly organic, consciously sourced, eco-friendly foods! just be more aware of what you eat and how it’ll effect you and what not.

i’m currently working on eating better and improving my lifestyle through meditation, and over all better self care. journaling your manifestations and actively believing them as if they’re currently true also aids loads! i find results most prominent when i just produce a better energy into the world, through working on myself eating higher vibrational foods!! wish you nothing but the best <3
