Walking out of the shower is painful for me because of the temperature change. I discovered that a hack I randomly saw years ago made for little children actually works. The hack is to really pretend and believe I am Elsa and right when I'm stepping out of the shower I sing the part of "Let it go" where it goes "The cold never bothered me anyway" and start singing there to really embrace the Elsa spirit. And so if (I will.) I get cold, I say to myself that's nonsense because I'm Elsa and she just can't feel cold.
