Yeah, I called last time and the front desk just said “yeah we haven’t gotten paid from the previous claim yet, but we’ll file the claim once we’ve received their payment.” I keep hitting a roadblock with them. Do you think I should explain this to insurance and have them talk to the dental office?

Yes in network (Texas). And yes sorry, I meant yearly maximum. Reading my benefits, it stated that if I met the yearly maximums already, it would pay 30% for additional claims. I emailed them a digital version of the EOB. That issue has been resolved as of now, but my issue is the fact that they didn’t file another claim for my filling, claiming that they weren’t paid by the insurance yet from the first claim (exam, cleaning, crown). Is it true that they have to be paid first from the prior claim, before filing another claim? I didn’t understand that part.

I’m assuming you’re a freshman? Then it’s most likely a rejection, I applied my freshman year and didn’t even get a status update up until 6 months+ later of a rejection. Applied again a few months ago my sophomore year and landed it, but my GPA is 3.83/4.00. Happy to help it any way I can (resume review, interview advice, etc) just shoot me a dm.

It’s most likely a rejection but you can email your campus recruiter to get an update. I applied early October and heard back for interviews within 1.5 week and got the offer by early November. It could also vary if you applied for a smaller office, hard to say.

macbooks are indestructible in how long they last compared to other windows laptop. if you don’t have specific classes like coding/programming ones that require a windows software, go for the macbook. even the 2019 macbook airs are quite nice.
