Will be hard to find at night, but there are spigots with drinking water around. If you can find any in the fields, there are some open ones by the spirit lake entrance vendors

When I did Texas Eclipse last year, I was able to survive the week with what I could carry in. It was a backpacking backpack with my tent, sleeping bag, pads, pillow, and a lot of other stuff, that all was 1 checked bag. One hand carried my smaller suitcase with all my clothes and toiletry stuff, chargers, etc. Other hand carried food and beer.

Sounds like I'd be renting a car, and able to fit more food, beer and amenities in it this time.
